But while you may spend eons trying to figure out which of the most beautiful photos you should put on your walls (and trust me, I sincerely hope that you’re choosing between a lot of beautiful photos to hang up in your home to admire, because if that’s the case, you picked a really stellar photographer)… paintings are different and have a different place…

And I get it, those bridal shoes are gorgeous, but they can be uncomfortable. You won’t be stuck in one position for hours on end. You’ve got a wedding to enjoy and guests to tend to!

“But will all my people look GOOD?!”

Short answer — yes.

Long answer — there is so much more to it than that! Not only will you look good, all the people and details in your painting will look good.

My goal is to share the tone and feeling of your day — the love that not only you and your person share, but also the endearing togetherness your people share when they support and encourage you on your wedding day.

Will it look HYPERREALISTIC? Absolutely not.

My favorite thing to paint other than you and your new partner are floral details.

Garden party weddings are my absolute favorite — I love painting the details of the day and letting you remember those special florals you waited so long to see.

No matter where your wedding is, it’s important to capture the light — and I mean that literally and metaphorically!

The light (as in you and your partner, the beautiful love you share) and also the LIGHT — the literal light and how it moves and lives in your piece.
