BESPOKE DETAILS
This wedding in Tulsa that started at a private residence and culminated with a gorgeous reception at Southern Hills Golf and Country Club is timeless in its charm and elegant with lovely bespoke details and elements. The beautiful floral arch prepared by Poppy’s Garden showed off the very much in love bride and groom in an intimate ceremony with family and friends.

ELEGANT AND CHIC
This classic and elegant wedding was as lovely as it was inspiring. They showcased the beauty of Teddy’s childhood home in their intimate ceremony (some might say *minimony* but I’m not that person). The classic and historic beauty of his childhood home and the modern dance floor at the venue with ombre florals were everything. The couple pulled some amazing industry talent from around Oklahoma to make magic. Also, the bride is wearing an Anais Anette wedding gown with gorgeous detailing on the back from Shop Bryde — a bridal boutique in Tulsa.
The couple wanted to incorporate their love for the outdoors, including their love of the US National Parks. Each space of the venue was turned into intimate gathering spaces, with pops of color throughout. And their welcome sign was a map with their favorite National Parks! It was such a fun detail.

RECEPTION MAGIC
Southern Hills Country Club created the perfect location for this ceremony. All the details and special touches by Annie Brady Designs made this event memorable to all who attended. It was my first time working with Annie Brady and her team, and watching their flawless execution from start to finish was a wonderful sight to behold.
The cake by Frostens looked amazing, and the dance floor over the pool was one of the highlights of this venue! Such a beautiful and unique way to make use of the space!
ne of my favorite parts of the wedding was the live painting! This is one of my personal favorite additions that any couple has for their wedding. It really brings the event to life and the painting always turns out so beautifully. Guests always love seeing the artist at work. And it gives you an incredible keepsake that you can hang in your home!

I am so thankful to have captured the beauty of this day with Holly Felts Photography and Dave and a Camera. It was such an honor to work with both of them on this event. And getting to see the looks on Hope and Teddy’s faces when they saw their painting at the end of the evening? It was my absolute favorite part of the day.

Hope and Teddy’s wedding was a magical evening years in the making. For reference, I painted an engagement painting for them in 2020, and it was such a special honor and privilege to be part of their happily ever after.
Congratulations Hope and Teddy! Cheers to you!
If you’re planning a wedding in Oklahoma, be sure to drop me a note! I’d love to hear all the magical details and how we could capture them in a timeless heirloom painting you’ll treasure for generations. I also love to travel, from Colorado to Tuscany, and up next on my bucket list is Charleston, Aspen, and Lake Como.
