THE RENEWAL COLLECTION IS LIVE!
✨This collection is full of lively colors, cotton candy skies, and warmth—the perfect reminder that even in difficult moments, BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING.
So when you’re ready, I’ll see you on the other side of the link in bio, ready to take everything you’ve dreamed up about that spring refresh for your home and make that dream a reality.
This collection is small—and I’d hate for you to miss out on the painting you love because someone got there faster!
Go, go, go!
Xo,
Courtney
CELEBRATING looks a little different these days… but I’m jumping for joy because the renewal collection is LIVE!!
The broken places of your story aren’t the end. There is beauty in the brokenness, and there is more to come.
This collection is ALL about how beauty comes from brokenness. I mean, remember winter?! It wasn’t all that long ago, and now here we are enjoying the beauty and wonder of spring—the new life, the buds, and the warmth.
Since you’re reading this right now, I’m going to take a wild guess about you:
You believe that beauty can come from the broken places too.
That’s why I’m excited to let you know that THE RENEWAL COLLECTION IS LIVE!
Meet you on the other side of that link in bio! (www.courtneykibbydesigns.com/shop)
Ps let’s just take a moment because this was stinking HARD to make but SO FUN! Now THIS GIRL needs a nap…
Sounds silly, and it’s one of the first things I remember my mother asking me when we were about to leave for school (to which my answer was always a resounding NO!). Secret time? If I didn’t make my bed, my sister would! *GASP*
I grew up thinking it didn’t actually matter, and even heard a study from the Today Show that said not to make your bed first thing in the morning because of dust mites.
I’m giving some serious side-eye right here…

Tell me in the comments: do you make your bed always, sometimes, or never!?
DOUBLE TAP if you have a helper with you 24/7 ♀️
Here’s a little behind the scenes for your Sunday featuring my photographer in training
♀️♀️What is imposter syndrome, and how do you deal with it?♀️♀️
Oh imposter syndrome, how I LOATHE thee!!
Imposter syndrome is basically the feeling that you’re not good enough and you are merely an imposter, for me, someone posing as an artist but not really good enough to be one.
It’s a daily battle, that’s for sure. We square off just about everyday when I sit down to paint, but here’s how I kick it in the pants!
First, whatever it is—just START!
Second—pray about it.
Third, the world needs your story, so just keep going.
If you’ve ever felt like this, you’re not alone. You’ve got this, and I’m cheering you on.
Want to know more about my process!? It’s all on the blog and I’ll link it in stories. ❤️ Happy Sunday friends!
Anyone ever seen Moneyball?
To be honest, I haven’t, but my friend brought up this quote to me the other day and it’s been playing over and over and over in my head…
“It’s a problem you think we need to explain ourselves.”
It’s been an interesting couple of weeks—my Instagram apparently exploded over a reel I made (the one on the left) which to me felt pretty silly, and people got kinda feisty…
Which made me think…
Did I believe in what I said? Yes. Do I have friends who have mirrors over their fireplaces and do I still love them? Yes! So, IT’S A PROBLEM I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO EXPLAIN MYSELF. Granted, I did here… but I feel like most people who were offended didn’t ~actually~ read the reasoning behind my unpopular opinion…
Read the rest here…
So, I realize I am pretty long-winded when it comes to writing captions… 🙂
Hope you enjoyed this quick little Instagram roundup! 🙂
