On our last anniversary we celebrated, (happy 8 years to my hottie hubs), during the day while hubs was unfortunately at work the kids and I looked through the good ol’ photo album.  

Things like … “Mommy you’re a princess!… OH MY MOMMY! Is that you?! ‍♀️… Wait, that’s DADDY?!

That’s mimi and funpa! There’s nan and bop!

Look it’s cait cait! Was uncle ryan even born yet?

It’s Dave! Where’s Nina?!”

rang out as my kids chattered through each of the photos…

Funny conversations happened in the midst like — yes uncle ryan was born yet we just didn’t know him yet!, We had no idea you kiddos were coming, so yes! You were just twinkles in our eye!) made my heart feel so full it could burst.

Memories are a funny thing — I think sometimes we spend so much energy thinking about “what if the photographer doesn’t get *all* the shots I want?! What if what if what if? And don’t get me wrong, photographers play a valuable role in the wedding industry (helloooo I love my wedding photos!)…
